The building keeps running
A remodel in an occupied building is a logistics job with drywall attached. Dust has to stay in the work area, the corridor has to stay usable, and the noisy work has to happen when the floor is empty.
We phase to your programme, run containment where it is needed, and keep the work zone tidy enough that the neighbouring tenant does not become your problem. Where new work meets old, the join is the whole game — matching plane and finish so the repair line does not read across the wall.
What the scope covers
- 01 Selective demo and reframe where the layout changes
- 02 New partitions tied into existing structure and finished to match
- 03 Phased and out-of-hours work in occupied buildings
- 04 Containment, dust control and daily clean-down
In, done, and off the floor
On a fit-out the drywall window is usually narrow and it usually moves. We would rather build the programme around that than pretend it will not happen.
Survey
Walk the existing, confirm what is coming out, and find the surprises — old framing, unexpected structure, services buried in walls.
Demo & frame
Selective demo with containment up, then reframe to the new layout in steel or timber as the job calls for.
Board & blend
Hung, taped and finished, with the join to the existing surface worked until it stops reading as a join.
Priced from drawings as readily as from a walkthrough. Send a set over.
Skim Coating & Level 5
A Level 5 wall is the one nobody comments on.
ServiceDrywall Installation
