Walls stood so the rest of the trades can move
On a commercial interior, framing is the gate. Nothing electrical, mechanical or plumbing gets roughed until the walls are laid out and standing, and nothing gets closed until the inspections behind them clear.
We frame to the drawings, hold the layout, and coordinate the openings and backing your other trades need before the board goes on — blocking for millwork and grab bars, headers at doors and borrowed lights, penetrations where the mechanical actually lands rather than where it was drawn.

- 02 Soffits, bulkheads, drop ceilings and suspended grid
- 03 Shaft walls, chases and furring to existing structure
- 04 Backing and blocking set before close-in, coordinated with your other trades
Framing and drywall under one licence
Splitting framing and drywall across two subs is where the finger-pointing starts. Under one licence, the wall that gets framed is the wall that gets boarded and finished — and the layout error, if there is one, is ours to fix.
Layout
Walls laid out from the drawings and snapped, openings and headers confirmed against the door and hardware schedule.
Stand & brace
Track set, studs stood to spacing, bracing and deflection detail at the deck where the structure needs it.
Close in
Blocking and backing set, penetrations dressed, then board hung and finished once your rough-in has cleared inspection.
